In 2000-2001, I worked with Northwestern's College of Arts and Sciences to compile all of their handbooks into one student handbook, and to put it on the web in a semi-interactive format. We didn't have the budget to hire a database coordinator at the time in order to make it truly searchable and dynamic, so I built a tabbed series of flat html files as a 'beta version' to use while they were waiting for funds. The goal of the project was to be easy-t o-navigate, accessible to off-campus dial-up connections and to be visible in pre-4.x browsers.

In 2001, I worked with Northwestern's Center for Jewish Studies to re-design their website to meet university web standards, and to teach the department staff how to update the site and build new pages. The goal of the project was to be easy to navigate and update, accessible to off-campus, dial-up connections and to be visible in pre-4.x browsers.

In 2001, I worked with Northwestern's College of Arts and Sciences to build a brochure for their incoming freshmen - to help them get an idea of what it would be like to live and study at Northwestern by presenting 'frequently asked questions" as answered by 6 current students. The goal of the project was to be accessible to off-campus, dial-up connections and to be visible in pre-4.x browsers.
